Terms of Service
1. Who we are
Puchika (puchika.app) is made and run by İdil Özdemir, an individual (sole proprietor) based in Türkiye ("we", "us"). You can reach us at hello@puchika.app.
2. Agreeing to these terms
By using Puchika you agree to these terms. If you continue to use Puchika after we change them, you agree to the new version. If you don't agree, please stop using Puchika.
3. Using Puchika
- Puchika is free to use. An account is optional; without one, your data stays in your browser.
- You need to be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian before buying anything.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- Puchika is a light-hearted motivation app. It is not medical, psychological or professional advice, and its chat is not a substitute for real help. If you are struggling, please contact a professional or a local helpline.
4. What you must not do
You must not use Puchika for anything unlawful or fraudulent, try to break into accounts or our systems, interfere with how Puchika works or its security, change your points or items by tampering with the app, copy or resell Puchika or its artwork, or infringe anyone's intellectual property.
5. Puchi Points and purchases
- Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payments are also covered by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
- Puchi Points are a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Prices are shown in US dollars before purchase; taxes may be added depending on where you live.
- Points are a licence to unlock digital items inside Puchika. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred to another account.
- Points do not expire. Items you unlock stay with your account.
- Some items (the Surprise Box) are chosen at random. The odds are shown in the Store before you open one, every item has the same chance, and you never get a duplicate.
- You can ask for a refund within 30 days; see the refund policy. If a purchase is refunded, the points from it are removed from your wallet.
6. Your content
The wins, notebook pages, to-dos and names you enter are yours. You let us store and show them back to you so Puchika can work. We don't read, sell or share them except as described in our privacy policy.
7. Our content
Puchika, its characters (including Puchi and Chika), artwork, sounds, code and name belong to us. You may share screenshots and videos of your own Puchi for personal, non-commercial use.
8. Availability and changes
We work hard to keep Puchika running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features. If we ever shut Puchika down, we will give at least 30 days' notice on the site and let you export your data.
9. Suspension
We may suspend or close an account for a serious breach of these terms, fraud, chargeback abuse or attempts to harm Puchika or other people. Where reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
10. Liability
Puchika is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or unexpected losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without taking away any mandatory consumer protections you have where you live.
